Drawing on premium fruit from hillside vineyards throughout the Yarra Valley, Coldstream Hills releases its exquisite range of cool climate winemaking. The cool 2005 season was ideal for Pinot Noir. Sourced from low yielding vineyards in the Lower and Upper Yarra Valley, this wine was made using a range of fermentation techniques with varying levels of whole bunch inclusion, followed by nine months maturation in French oak. Cherry, plum and blueberry flavours are evident with integrated toasty oak.
