Red Wine > Pinot Noir > Pipers Brook Estate ’Tasmania’ Pinot Noir 2005
This wine is produced from estate grown Pinot Noir fruit sourced from our vineyards in the Pipers Brook and Tamar valley regions of Northern Tasmania. We aim to produce a complex style using open vat fermenters and ageing in French oak barrels for up to 12 months before bottling. The 2004 vintage is intensely perfumed with a palate of cherry and raspberry fruit supported by a firm tannin backbone that leads to a dry , savoury finish. Optimum drinking from 1 to 4 years of age.
