Crafted from hand picked Pinot Noir grapes grown in the villages of Hesket, Romsey and Baynton, utilising traditional winemaking techniques of small batch fermentation and small French oak maturations. This wine exhibits earthy berry fruit, spicy cedar oak and a soft tannin structure, which will gain complexity in the bottle over the next 5 years. Enjoy with duck, venison or lamb.
