Drawing on premium fruit from hillside vineyards throughout the Yarra Valley. Coldstream Hills releases its exquisite range of super premium wines representing the pinnacle of cool climate winemaking. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in both the Upper and Lower regions of the Yarra Valley, the cool consitions of the 2005 vintage resulted in optimum flavor development and excellent natural acidity. Fermented in French Oak barriques with nine months maturation on yeast lees, this wine exhibits attractive citrus and stone fruit characters, with integrated toasty oak.
