TASTING NOTES

Very focussed aromas of white currants, currant leaf, jalapeno and herbs. The palate is that of a linear, pure wine with clean flavours of currants, gooseberry and citrus. Finishes crisp and dry and as such will pair well with summer salads, salmon, seafood and especially with green-lipped mussels or raw oysters.
