NOTES
Semillon and Shiraz have been the most consistent performers, underlying the suitability of these varieties to the Hunter Valley. The Semillon, in particular, invariably shows intense fruit and cellars well. Briar Ridge has been a model of stability, and has the comfort of substantial estate vineyards from which it is able to select the best grapes.
TASTING NOTES
This Verdelho displays lifted tropical and passionfruit aromas and flavours. Typical of Verdelho from this region, the wine is rich and full flavoured with a touch of sweetness creating a long and complex palate. Enjoy this early drinking style.
