Nugan Estate is the Nugan family’s winery dedicated to producing premium estate grown wines from the family’s vineyards across Australia. TASTING NOTES
Durif is a rich and robust red grape variety that revels in the warm and dry conditions of the family’s Manuka Grove Vineyard at Hanwood in the Riverina. Durif is otherwise known as Petit Syrah. Dark crimson with a youthful hue; Aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and cherry with hints of aniseed and all-spice. A full-bodied wine displaying soft chewy tannins and a youthful fine acid balance with a generous palate of dark cherry and plum pudding with dusty chocolate, earth and spice.
REVIEWS
