TASTING NOTES

Made from a high proportion of high acid cider apple varieties, this is a very crisp, dry cider, with plenty of flavour. Bright straw colour with abundant sparkle. Fresh clean appley nose with leather and hints of oak and sulphur. Soft body, sweet front of apples & sugar, gaining a bit of tartness towards the back but maintaining its simple, approachable profile.
