Brilliant pale straw colour with an excellent nose of yeast autolysis, grapefruit and citrus with some biscuit characters coming through as well. The palate is generous and full bodied driven primarily by the Pinot Noir fruit which is the basis of all Bollinger blends. Impeccable balance with a clean acid finish and nutty aftertaste.
