TASTING NOTES
A blend of 36% Riesling, 30% Chenin Blanc, 20% Semillon and 14% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Adeliade Hills. The colour is a pale yellow with green tints. A very aromatic wine, the nose shows delightful fragrances of lemon flower, lime, freshly cut apple, and hints of passion fruit. It is a deliciously refreshing zippy style of wine, with a beautifully clean finish. In short: a wine which dances in the mouth.
