TASTING NOTES
A glass staining dark red colour; voluptuous aromas, discrete yet opulent bouquet. An elegant Shiraz of great finesse, expressing notes of cedar and red currant, pepper and blackberries. Flavours of earthy, spicy pepper, blackcurrant, mulberry, the wine has a rich tannin lift, extracted from the natural grape skins and oak treatment. When it is very young, there are spikes of flavour coming from the glass in all directions. You have a spike of wood in one direction and a spike of fruit in another direction and certainly all of those characters are intended to come together and make the wine basically at its. Wild Witch is distinctive for its individuality and grace.
