TASTING NOTES
The 2005 smells brilliant with a pale straw colour with pale green tints. It opens on the nose with green apple, grapefruit, limes, orange blossom and musk. It actually tantalises the senses and sends them into overdrive. On the palate it is minerally with green apple and limes, spice and fragrant bath talc. It has a flinty, minerally structure and finishes as clean as a whistle and mouth puckeringly acidity.
