Sparkling Wine > Schild Estate Sparkling Shiraz 2007
|
NOTES
Schild Estate wines are an expression of the southern Barossa, which enjoys a slower and longer ripening period – perfect for optimum grape flavour development. Meticulous viticultural and winemaking practices ensure all wines reflect their sub region - Pure Barossa.
TASTING NOTES
Vibrant berry fruits and pepper spice are supported by a soft tannin structure with balanced acid and sweetness giving the wine a fine bead and creamy, elegant mouthfeel. The finish is fresh, lush and lingering.
