NOTES
Schild Estate wines are an expression of the southern Barossa, which enjoys a slower and longer ripening period – perfect for optimum grape flavour development. Meticulous viticultural and winemaking practices ensure all wines reflect their sub region - Pure Barossa.
TASTING NOTES
The nose follows through to the palate where they combine with a ‘powderpuff’ like character, some well integrated acidity and fine fruit structure, providing balance and a fresh, crisp finish.
REVIEWS
Light straw-green; a soft, lightly, although clearly sweet, palate makes a wine ready to roll out of the cellar door the moment it is bottled. Screwcap. 12% alc. Rating 86 Drink 2011 James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion 2011
