Jed Wine Merchants is a boutique wine wholesale/distribution company focused exclusively on premium wine of Argentina for the Australian and Asian markets. We are a young and dynamic company managed by three Australian Oenologists.
Each winemaker is heavily involved in sourcing wine from the best Argentine producers and personally representing these brands.
Our philosophy is simple: fewer principal brands in our portfolio in order to maintain an intimate understanding of the wines and brands we represent, and fewer buying groups to develop strong, long-term relationships.
TASTING NOTES
The Nose: Lifted cherry and violet aromas with complex spice undertones.
The Palate: A full-bodied style Malbec with rich sweet cherry flavours and underlying spice notes. Fruit weight is beautifully balanced with natural acid and well integrated French oak. The finish shows a fine yet robust tannin structure with lingering dark berry flavours.
