NOTES
Goaty Hill Wines is located in the picturesque West Tamar region north of Launceston. As the vineyard has now reach its full potential, partners in Goaty Hill Wines decided to launch a wine label that encapsulated their passion for quality and enjoyment of fine Tasmanian wine. In considering a name for their label, partners turned to their vineyard for inspiration.
TASTING NOTES
Lime, green apple and slate aromas with hints of honey on the nose. With the palate Elegant, crisp lime and green apple flavours. A precise palate; with lively mineral acidity and good texture; very long, bright and pure.

Light green-straw; quite intense and focussed; has an elegant and pure stream of lime flavours; handles a touch of sweetness well. Screwcap.
