Chapman Grove Wines is a small privately owned company dedicated to crafting Fine Wines from the Margaret River region of Western Australia.
The aim of Chapman Grove Wines is to:
• Enhance life’s experiences with fine wines; and to
• Take Margaret River Wines to the world.
From humble beginnings, Margaret River is now one of the best known wine regions in Australia, recognised nationally and internationally for the quality of its wines and the natural beauty of the area. Although originally renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay varieties in particular, the region is fast becoming famous for its Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends and Shiraz.
The Dreaming Dog range of wines is a tribute to our canine friends that have kept us company in the vineyard of the years... a procession of Maremmas, which are large white Italian livestock dogs, who have left their mark on our lives and in our hearts.
Maggie, Big Sam, and Bollie are remembered in our Dreaming Dog range of wines. These wines are top quality Margaret River wines at very attractive prices. They can be cellared up for five years or are ready to drink now!
TASTING NOTES
The beautiful deep rose colout just begs you to explore this wine, with aromas of candied fruits & red berries on the nose. This is a drier style of rose, with fruit sweetness and a clean dry finish balancing and complimenting each other nicely. Lingering flavours go on to make this a very complex wine.
