St Hallett focuses on crafting full flavoured, textured wines entirely from Barossa fruit.
The winery’s rich resource of old vines and long-term relationships with Barossa growers. St Hallett utilises up to a total of 700 hectares of vines and provides the winemaking team a diversity fruit, allowing them to constantly evolve and update techniques for each vintage and each parcel.

Beautiful texture, generous fruit and full-body of old vine Barossan Shiraz. This wine demonstrates St Hallet's respect for old world varieties.
Vibrant plum red with purple hues. Juicy plum and cherry flavours combine with dark chocolate, blackberries and vanilla to create a full bodied but soft Barossa Shiraz.
