Deriving its name form the picturesque Mount Chalambar south of the Seppelt Winery, Seppelt Chalambar Shiraz has been crafted since 1953. It is on of the most highly sought after Seppelt releases each year and epitomises the cool climate style from the House of Seppelt. Intense, spicy Grampians Shiraz is combined with richly expressive Bendigo Shiraz to create the 2004 Chalambar Shiraz. The wine displays an elegant depth of flavour, refined in structure with fine tannins.
