NOTES
Produced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, Nicolas Feuillatte has been the fastest growing Champagne through the turn of this century, and the fastest growing House in the history of the appellation to become the fourth largest Champagne House. Creating Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte requires the blending of the 3 allowable varietals in the region (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier), different terroirs, and wines from different vintage years in order to obtain a wine of very highest and most consistent quality. About 15 to 35% of reserve wines are added to the N.V Brut, ensuring consistency of quality and style. An expression of the true Nicolas Feuillate style!
TASTING NOTES
A light golden colour and a fine bead of bubbles. The nose displays a floral aspect revealing subtle hints of pear and apple with touches of almonds, quince, fig and hazelnuts - a result of 3 years on lees. The palate is well balanced with apples, figs, strawberries and savoury truffles matched by ripe pineapple and cashew characters.A well balanced and elegant champagne that expresses the Premier and Grand Cru qualities.
Blend:: 40 Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier

OTHER NOTES
A rich colour with green apple, flowers, hazelnuts and spice. On the palate full bodied with robust flavours of green apple, spice and hazelnut. Quite sweet and juicy with fairly vigorous bubbles and tangy green apple finish. A fun Champagne made for uncomplicated enjoyment at an affordable price (relative to other NV Champagnes at least).
