TASTING NOTES
The fruit for this wine was sourced from our King Valley vineyard, processed and bottled on the Paul Bettio King Valley Estate.A "light" vintage in the valley caused early bud loss but plenty of rain finishing with along dry autumn provided excellent fruit.
This wine has been aged for 10 months in seasoned french and American oak.
This is a medium bodied wine with lovely vibrant purple colours.Soft tannins make this youthful, berry flavoured wine very drinkable now with up to five years cellaring potential.
Suitable to a wide range of food; spicy dishes, pasta /pizza, red and game meats or hard cheeses.
