G.H Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut Champagne

Aromas of lemon biscuit, grapefruit, smoke and mineral. On the palate very light and minerally with citrus oil, vanilla and green apple flavours. It has a slightly caramel biscuit flavour too which is very nice. Not overwhelming and adds some complexity to the smokey minerally flavours. Not the most subtle of textures but not coarse either. Finishes dry with good length.
