TASTING NOTES
An exquisitely delicate Champagne. Pale straw in colour with very fine bead. The nose is quite subtle yet distinctive with notes of yeast, lees and biscuity characters. The palate is a wonderful expression of elegance yet displays great persistence and depth of flavour. The yeast lees and toasted aged base wine flavours are meshed with subtle citrus and grapefruit flavour, followed by biscuit. Perfect acid balance, with exceptionally long aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit.
