Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

First vintaged in 1990, Bin 407 is regarded as a benchmark varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand-selected grapes from Penfolds’ South Australian vineyards are blended to achieve a full-bodied style, with defined blackcurrant and cassis fruits at release. American and French oak frames but does not overwhelm the pristine characters of the fruit, resulting in an impressive mid-palate and a long, firm finish for this classic varietal.
