Drawing on premium fruit from hillside vineyards throughout the Yarra Valley, Coldstream Hills releases its exquisite range of super premium wines representing the pinnacle of cool climate winemaking. The warm 2003 vintage provided ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Made using traditional winemaking techniques, the wine was matured in French oak barriques for fifteen months prior to bottling.
