Red Wine > Cabernet Sauvignon & Blends > Shelmerdine ’Heathcote’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

TASTING NOTES
Displaying a rich deep purple colour the wine has dark berry, briar and black currant aromas. On the palate it is clear this is a wine of refinement and structure - the texture is soft and the tannins well integrated, with a soft, fine-grained finish. The wine was matured exclusively in fine-grained, medium toast new and second year French oak barrels and has the structure to mature well for up to seven years.
