TASTING NOTES

The bouquet seduces with rose petals and Turkish delight aromas; followed by warm spices, ripe pear, tropical fruit, ripe lychees, ginger and nutmeg. The palate is rich in flavour; vanilla bean, orange and spices. Nicely layered, complex, long with an awesome depth of fruit weight leading into a long dry finish.

Huia Gewürztraminer is delicious with: terrines and patés, Thai food, mild curries, smoked seafood and meats, soy honey duck, blue cheeses and aged cheddar.
