TASTING NOTES
The Hunter Valley is famous for producing fine quality Shiraz grapes. The 2005 vintage was excellent, producing grapes withgreat fruit intensity. Grapes harvested each vintage from the "Glen Howard" vineyard in the Lower Hunter Valley are selected for the Hungerford Hill Shiraz.
Medium cherry colour with brilliant purple hues, t he bouquet shows warm, earthy, peppery fruit aromas. This medium bodied wine leads to a palate with rich berry fruit flavours & elegantly integrated oak.
