TASTING NOTES
An intense red/crimson in colour, the bouquet leaps out of the glass with dark berries, capsicum and tomato bush aromas with attractive scents of perfumy oak. The palate displays an exuberant rush of lifted berry, green leaf and floral oak leads to an elegant combination of concentrated fruit and fine lively tannins. Naturally well balanced acid in conjunction with characters of cranberry, mint and melon are well supported by use of selected new, one and two year old French oak barrels.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Roasted veal shanks with glazed duck and cashews or a plump rare tuna steak.
