TASTING NOTES
Pale straw in colour with hints of lemon/green. Initial bread dough notes on the nose gives way to volumes of peach/stone-fruit and green melon with snippets of zesty lemon. The palate is attractive with refreshing citrus fruit and green bean flavours, well weighted with an unexpected depth of complexity for this style. Good, tight acid balance highlighting a lingering nuttiness that prolongs the aftertaste. Fresh and crisp throughout with ample flavour to compliment a variety of dishes.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Hot-sour chicken & snake beans, Prawn and couscous salad with lemon dressing, or Swordfish with beans and tomatoes.
