Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is a contract between the customer ("You") and LS Management Pty Ltd ABN 32 083 040 288 trading as Flagstaff Cellars (incorporating iliquor.com.au) of 426 William Street, West Melbourne, VIC 3003 (License No. 32057891).

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol.

iliquor.com.au supports the responsible service of alcohol.

The terms and conditions under which ‘You’ may purchase products from iliquor.com.au are set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with iliquor.com.au

Disclaimer and Liability
While Flagstaff Cellars ensures the optimal performance of iliquor.com.au, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that iliquor.com.au is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

By using the iliquor.com.au service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Ordering
The Agreement exists between ‘You’ and iliquor.com.au, once iliquor.com.au receives and accepts an Order at its Licensed Premises. No obligation to sell or supply the Goods will arise until the Order is received and accepted. Each order may be accepted by iliquor.com.au in its absolute discretion.  Each order placed on iliquor.com.au will constitute a separate agreement.

You will place an Order with iliquor.com.au by either:

(a) selecting Goods on the iliquor.com.au website, entering your Personal Details and pressing the "Pay Now" button or

(b) selecting Goods on the iliquor.com.au website by telephone, fax or email that you wish to purchase and providing your Personal and Payment Details to iliquor.com.au

The prices on the iliquor.com.au website are subject to change without notice. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.

iliquor.com.au will not provide rainchecks on any products ordered by You.

Payment upon Placement of Order
You shall pay for the Goods at the time of your Order. You may use your credit card (Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa or American Express). Cheques may be accepted at the discretion of iliquor.com.au. Cash payments will not be accepted upon delivery.

Corporate Customer Account
You may make an application to set up a corporate customer account with iliquor.com.au. If your application is accepted You will be required to sign iliquor.com.au standard terms and conditions which will include details in relation to acceptable payment methods.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by iliquor.com.au to be authorised to receive the Goods on Your behalf. iliquor.com.au will refuse to deliver the Goods if the person receiving the Goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence proving they are over the age of eighteen (18) years.

If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the Order when the Order is delivered, iliquor.com.au will return the goods to the store and may charge You a recall fee for re-delivery of the Goods

Risk and title of all Goods passes to You upon delivery to the Delivery Address.

Credit/Refunds
If at any time You are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods You have purchased, You may call iliquor.com.au on (03) 9326 4985 where your claim for credit or refund will be assessed.

Shipping Details

iliquor.com.au will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Goods ordered by You are supplied to You. If the goods ordered by You are not readily available in stock, whenever possible iliquor.com.au will offer to you a comparable product of equal value.

iliquor.com.au will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
Allow up to 7 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Items which may be temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 14 days. 
iliquor.com.au aims to include in the Product List up-to-date pictures of the Goods. At times, the picture of the Goods on the Product List are for illustrative purposes only.

You are licensed to use the iliquor.com.au website on your computer for Your use in purchasing Goods from the website. You acknowledge that you are not permitted to make any other use of the iliquor.com.au website unless given prior permission iliquor.com.au.

Copyright Information

Copyright of all documents/images in this website are vested with the Directors of iliquor.com.au. Documents must not be reproduced unless permission is sought in writing from iliquor.com.au. Documents (or excerpts) that are reproduced without permission may result in legal action being instigated in relation to copyright infringements.

You agree that the entire risk arising out of use or performance of iliquor.com.au remains with You. To the extent permitted by law, You release and discharge iliquor.com.au and its related corporations from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss.

iliquor.com.au may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Agreement. iliquor.com.au will notify ‘You’ of any substantial changes to these terms & conditions. Your use of the iliquor.com.au service thereafter will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

All specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the iliquor.com.au website are available only while stocks last unless otherwise stated.

iliquor.com.au reserves the right not to sell certain Products to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain Products is restricted or prohibited.
